Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an ambitious Project Controls Manager to join our Houston team. The role focuses on establishing and managing controls across cost, scheduling, risk and performance for large construction programs.

You will coordinate with project teams, review IMS and baseline schedules, track earned value, progress and forecasts, and deliver monthly reports. Travel up to 20% to Eunice, NM may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field required.
• Experience in cost management and scheduling on large construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project controls principles, earned value and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage project controls across scope, planning, cost and schedule.
• Develop, monitor and update IMS and baseline schedules.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and provide commentary to management.
• Support project teams to maintain schedule integrity and control changes.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls where applicable.
