Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying or engineering.
• Graduate degree in related field preferred.
• 12+ years of risk management or risk program controls experience.
• 2+ years leading risk management services in a consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of risk identification, facilitation, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management services for key client accounts and support growth of risk offerings.
• Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity points and risk budgeting.
• Produce risk reports to communicate status and findings to stakeholders.
• Conduct quantitative risk assessment (cost and schedule) to inform contingencies.
• Lead workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
• Integrate risk management with cost, schedule, change control and reporting.
