Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Controls Scope & Integration Lead based in Houston, TX, with up to 20% travel to Eunice, NM. The role ensures integration of scope, cost, schedule, and risk across nuclear projects, collaborating with engineering, procurement, contracts, construction and operations teams to maintain scope integrity and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• 10-15+ years in project controls or major capital project delivery.
• Strategic direction for scope management, change control, risk, cost, and schedule.
• Experience presenting performance and risks to senior leadership.
• Knowledge of scope management, scheduling, cost control, risk, and change control.
• Senior contributor who leads through influence across multiple disciplines.
• Experience in nuclear, energy, or highly regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of scope, schedule, cost, risk, and change management processes.
• Ensure alignment between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Support project controls governance, performance reporting, and decision-making.
• Coordinate scope management activities and evaluate impacts to schedule, cost, and objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to identify and resolve risks and interface challenges.
• Develop integrated reporting, metrics, and analysis for performance and regulatory compliance.
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role where applicable.
