Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an ambitious Project Controls Manager to join our Houston, TX team, with up to 20% travel to Eunice, NM. The role focuses on establishing and managing controls across scope, planning, cost, risk, and reporting disciplines for large construction programs.

Strong English communication and on-site presence are required. The ideal candidate will drive monthly progress, update IMS, track changes, and provide recommendations to project teams and management to maintain

Qualifications

• Experience in project controls for cost and schedule on large construction projects or programs.
• Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing and presentations.
• Strong English oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report project performance metrics monthly.
• Develop, maintain and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Coordinate with project managers, construction firms and stakeholders.
• Track and review change orders with project management and cost management teams.
• Assess impacts on critical path and recommend corrective actions.
• Produce monthly management reports and provide project commentary.
