Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Progress each project monthly for project controls and monthly reporting.
• Report milestones of planned value and earned value data.
• Attend project status meetings and update forecast and schedule.
• Summarize project performance metrics and provide guidance to teams.
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Interface with project stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Track and review change orders with the cost management team.
• Produce monthly reports for management.
• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents.
• Conduct resource loading and leveling.
• Assess critical path impacts and report findings.
• Monitor schedule deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Review schedules with project teams for data accuracy.
• Maintain liaison with clients and consultants.
• Implement best practices and reporting trends.
