Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Cost Manager to lead cost controls, budgeting, and earned value across a major EPC program. You will coordinate with the Program Management Team and deliver updates to clients and senior management.

The role requires extensive cost control experience, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and on-site availability in Spartanburg, SC with a per diem package. A degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of project cost controls experience.
• Experience with Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
• Experience aligning construction cost with Primavera P6 schedules.
• On-site, Spartanburg, SC role with per diem package.

Responsibilities

• Manage the program construction cost controls and reporting function.
• Provide client management updates and presentations at all levels.
• Assist the Program Project Services Director and manage the Project Controls team.
