Jacobs is seeking a driven Project Controls Cost Manager to support our Program Management Team in on-site roles in Spartanburg, SC. You will lead cost controls, forecasting, and reporting for multi-million/billion EPC projects, ensuring alignment with schedules and budgets.

Ideal candidates bring 20+ years in project cost controls, experience with Total Installed Cost and Primavera P6, plus strong skills in Excel, Power BI and dashboards. A related degree is preferred, and per diem is offered.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of project cost controls experience.
• Extensive Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
• Experience coordinating and reporting field progress / quantities installed.
• Experience leading multi-million/billion EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall program construction cost controls and reporting.
• Provide client updates and presentations to management.
• Support Project Controls team and PM Director.
• Align construction cost with Primavera P6 schedule.
