Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a driven Project Controls Cost Manager to support our Program Management Team on-site in Spartanburg, SC. You will oversee cost forecasting, change management, budget analysis, earned value tracking and reporting across multiple EPC projects.

Ideal candidates have deep experience in cost controls, Primavera P6 and a strong background in program-wide financial management, reporting to senior leadership, and leading a project controls team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of project cost controls experience.
• Experience with Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
• Experience coordinating field progress and quantities installed.
• Experience leading teams on multi-million/billion EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall program construction cost controls and reporting.
• Provide client updates and presentations at all management levels.
• Assist the Program Project Services Director with team management.
• Coordinate cost controls with schedule and budgeting activities.
