Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Project Controls Cost Manager to lead cost control efforts for an EPC program, coordinating with the Program Management Team on-site in Spartanburg, SC. The role emphasizes cost forecasting, reporting, and budget adherence.

You will manage cost controls, reports, and client updates while guiding the Project Controls team to ensure alignment with the project schedule and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of project cost controls experience.
• Extensive experience with Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
• Experience with collecting and reporting on field progress / quantities installed.
• Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues.
• Experience in aligning construction cost with a Primavera P6 schedule.
• Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on project controls and financial issues.
• Must be able to take a full-time on-site role in Spartanburg, SC – per diem package offered.
• Must have led teams on multi-million/billion EPC Projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall program construction cost controls and reporting function.
• Provide client management updates and presentations at all levels of management.
• Assist the Program Project Services Director with management of the Project Controls team.
• Support EPC projects with forecasting, cost control, and budget analysis.
