Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Cost Manager to support our EPC program management team on-site in Spartanburg, SC. You will oversee cost controls, forecasting, budgeting and reporting, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate cost performance and timely updates.

You will manage earned value, change management, and risk assessment while guiding a Project Controls team and interfacing with client management to present status and insights.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of project cost controls experience.
• Extensive Total Installed Cost management & reporting.
• Experience collecting and reporting on field progress / quantities installed.
• Experience leading multi‑million/billion EPC projects.
• On-site full-time role in Spartanburg, SC.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall program construction cost controls and reporting.
• Provide client management updates and presentations at all levels.
• Assist the Program Project Services Director and lead the Project Controls team.
