Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Project Controls Cost Manager to join our Program Management Team on-site. The role focuses on cost controls, forecasting, reporting, and leadership across multi‑million EPC projects.

Based in Spartanburg, SC, you’ll manage cost control activities, align schedules with Primavera P6, and deliver updates to clients and senior management. A strong background in TIC, budgeting, and dashboards (Power BI) is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of project cost controls experience.
• Extensive experience with Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
• Experience with collecting and reporting on field progress / quantities installed.
• Experience coordinating and executing project issues across projects.
• Experience aligning construction cost with a Primavera P6 schedule.
• Experience in project controls and financial issues on EPC projects; leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage the program's construction cost controls and reporting function.
• Provide client management updates and senior-level presentations.
• Oversee the Project Controls team under the Program Project Services Director.
• Coordinate forecasting, change management, and cashflow tracking.
