Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a highly experienced Project Controls Cost Manager to support the Program Management Team on-site in Spartanburg, SC. You will oversee cost controls, forecasting, budgeting, and earned value tracking across multi-project EPC work.

Ideal candidates will have 20+ years in cost controls, strong experience with Total Installed Cost, and proficiency in Primavera P6, Excel, and dashboards. This role includes a full-time on-site commitment with a competitive base salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of project cost controls experience.
• Experience with Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
• Experience in collecting and reporting field progress and quantities installed.
• Experience coordinating and executing project issues.
• Experience aligning construction cost with Primavera P6 schedules.
• Experience in project controls and financial issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall program construction cost controls and reporting function with client updates and presentations.
• Lead cost control activities, forecasting, change management, and budgeting.
• Coordinate risk management, earned value measurements, and cashflow reporting.
• Assist the Program Project Services Director with management of the Project Controls team.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to support program decisions.
