Jacobs is seeking a driven Project Controls Cost Manager to support our Program Management Team on major EPC programs. You will manage cost controls, forecasting, earned value tracking, and reporting on-site.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of project cost controls experience.
• Extensive TEC/TC reporting and cost management expertise.
• Experience collecting and reporting field progress and quantities installed.
• Experience coordinating multi-project EPC program issues.
• Ability to align construction cost with Primavera P6 schedules.
• Leadership of project controls teams on large EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the program's cost controls and reporting function.
• Provide client updates and management presentations.
• Assist the Project Services Director with team oversight.
• Lead forecasting, change management, and risk reviews.
• Oversee earned value, cash flow, and budgeting activities.
