Qualifications

• At least 20 years of project cost controls experience.
• Extensive experience with Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
• Experience aligning construction cost with a Primavera P6 schedule.
• Experience leading multi-project EPC efforts.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site cost controls and reporting for the program.
• Provide client updates and presentations to management at all levels.
• Assist the Project Services Director with managing the Project Controls team.
