Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Cost Manager to lead our cost control efforts on complex EPC programs. Based on-site in Spartanburg, SC, you will manage cost control, forecasting, budgeting and reporting, and oversee a Project Controls team within our Program Management function.

The role requires deep experience with Total Installed Cost and Primavera P6 scheduling. You will present to client management and senior leaders, coordinate with finance and project teams, and support

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of project cost controls experience.
• Extensive experience with Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
• Experience with collecting and reporting on field progress / quantities installed.
• Experience coordinating and executing project issues.
• Experience in aligning construction cost with a Primavera P6 schedule.
• Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on project controls and financial issues.
• Must be able to take a full-time on-site role in Spartanburg, SC – per diem package offered.
• Must have led teams on multi-million/billion EPC Projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall program construction cost controls and reporting function by providing client management, updates, and presentations at all levels of management.
• Assist the Program Project Services Director with management of the Project Controls team.
• Lead cost control activities including forecasting, budgeting, risk and change management.
