Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a driven Project Controls Cost Manager to support its Program Management Team on on-site engagements in Spartanburg, SC. The role focuses on construction cost controls, forecasting, reporting, and earned value management across multiple EPC projects.

You will lead the Project Controls team and interact with client management. The ideal candidate brings 20+ years of cost controls experience, proficiency with Primavera P6 and BI tools, and a strong track record in

Qualifications

20+ years of project cost controls experience.
Extensive Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
Experience collecting/reporting field progress/quantities installed.
Experience aligning construction cost with Primavera P6 schedule.
Experience in project controls and financial issues.
Must be able to take a full-time on-site role in Spartanburg, SC – per diem package offered.
Led teams on multi-million/billion EPC Projects.

Responsibilities

Oversee the program construction cost controls and reporting function with client updates and presentations at all management levels.
Provide direction to the Project Controls team and support the Program Project Services Director.
Coordinate cost forecasting, budgeting, and earned value management across projects.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support cost control decisions across EPC programs.
