Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a driven Project Controls Cost Manager to join our Program Management Team on-site in Spartanburg, SC. You will lead cost controls, forecasting, and reporting across multi‑million dollar EPC projects, coordinating with the client and senior leaders to drive decisions.

Responsibilities include earned value tracking, risk management, and integrating cost data with Primavera P6 schedules; strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and databases are essential.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of project cost controls experience.
• Extensive experience with Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
• Experience collecting and reporting on field progress/quantities installed.
• Experience aligning construction cost with Primavera P6 schedule.
• Must be able to work full-time on-site in Spartanburg, SC.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall program construction cost controls and reporting.
• Provide client management updates and presentations at all management levels.
• Assist the Program Project Services Director with management of the Project Controls team.
