Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a driven Project Controls Cost Manager to support its Program Management Team. This on-site role in Spartanburg, SC focuses on cost controls, forecasting, reporting, and leadership of the Project Controls group within EPC projects.

You will manage cost performance, schedules, and earned value, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and budgets. This role requires extensive TIC experience and a strong command of Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of project cost controls experience.
• Extensive experience with Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
• Experience collecting and reporting field progress/quantities installed.
• Experience coordinating and executing project issues.
• Experience aligning construction cost with Primavera P6 schedule.
• Experience in project controls and financial issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall program construction cost controls and reporting function.
• Provide client management updates and presentations at all levels of management.
• Assist the Program Project Services Director with management of the Project Controls team.
