Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Cost Manager to support our Program Management Team. This role focuses on managing construction cost controls, forecasts, and reporting for EPC programs, with on-site duties in Spartanburg, SC.

You will lead cost control efforts, align with Primavera P6 schedules, and drive reporting to client management, ensuring accuracy and timely updates for multi-project portfolios.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of project cost controls experience.
• Extensive experience with Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
• Experience with collecting and reporting on field progress / quantities installed.
• Experience coordinating and resolving project issues.
• Experience in aligning construction cost with a Primavera P6 schedule.
• Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on project controls and financial issues.
• Willingness to take a full-time on-site role in Spartanburg, SC – per diem package offered.
• Led teams on multi-million/billion EPC Projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site cost controls and reporting for EPC projects.
• Coordinate with the Project Services Director and teams to manage budget and earned value.
• Prepare client updates and management presentations.
