Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a driven Project Controls Cost Manager to support our Program Management Team on site in Spartanburg, SC. You will lead the cost controls, forecasting, and reporting functions across EPC projects, coordinating with stakeholders and senior management to deliver accurate cost performance insights.

The role requires deep expertise in cost management, scheduling alignment with Primavera P6, and team leadership across large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of project cost controls experience.
• Extensive experience with Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
• Experience collecting and reporting on field progress / quantities installed.
• Experience coordinating and executing project issues on multi-project EPC programs.
• Ability to align construction cost with a Primavera P6 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall program construction cost controls and reporting function.
• Provide client management updates and presentations at all levels of management.
• Assist the Program Project Services Director with management of the Project Controls team.
