Responsibilities

• Understand project structure, cost accruals, billings and financial reporting.
• Set up projects and understand government contract requirements.
• Ensure invoices align with contracts and reconciliation of billings.
• Prepare monthly project accruals with PMs and accounting.
• Analyze costs for proper allocations and correct as needed.
• Maintain project tracking spreadsheets for actuals and forecasts.
• Report on unbilled balances and financial data.
• Support monthly revenue forecasts and CDRLs.
• Review contract funding levels and fund notifications.
• Assist pricing efforts for new opportunities.
