Avenue Consultants in Salt Lake City is seeking an experienced Project Billing Specialist to own client billing for engineering and consulting projects. This role requires solid hands-on invoicing experience and the ability to step in quickly.

The position focuses on project-based invoicing, contract management, and precise documentation in a fast-paced environment. Based in Taylorsville, UT, the full-time Billing Specialist will coordinate with project managers and the finance team, review

Qualificações

• 2+ years hands-on invoicing or billing experience with project-based invoicing.
• Detail-heavy invoicing requiring supporting documentation.
• Notary preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and process client invoices in coordination with project managers and the finance team.
• Review, reconcile, and process credit card receipts and employee expense reports.
• Verify subconsultant invoices for accuracy and contract compliance.
• Prepare, distribute, and manage contracts for services.
• Maintain electronic filing systems for contracts, invoices, and admin records.
• Manage internal administrative platform ensuring data accuracy.
• Maintain organized records and manage spreadsheets/databases.
• Coordinate workflow with administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to general business inquiries and provide admin support.
