Qualifications

• Experience with accounts receivable and client communications.
• Ability to draft, audit, send and revise invoices.
• Experience setting up projects and issuing preliminary forms.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Track accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Develop relationships with clients to ensure positive experiences.
• Draft, audit, send and revise invoices.
• Set up projects and issue preliminary lien notices, forms.
• Create project reports and meet assigned deadlines.
• Support the Project Managers and Business Manager as needed.
