Job summary

Ghafari Associates, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead design development, create construction documents, and oversee large, complex projects with cross-disciplinary teams. The role requires extensive leadership, Revit proficiency, and strong coordination across disciplines.

You will mentor staff, manage resources and ensure design quality while coordinating with project managers to meet schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering required.
• NCARB certification required.
• LEED or WELL certifications preferred.
• Registered Architect with license in good standing.
• 25+ years of related architecture experience.
• Familiarity with Revit and BIM platforms required.

Responsibilities

• Manage large, highly complex projects and teams.
• Mentor less experienced staff throughout projects.
• Define design parameters: code, site constraints, budget and schedule; present design documents.
• Plan work programs and lead execution of tasks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and ensure quality control of construction documents.
