Ghafari Associates in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Senior Project Architect who can lead design development, supervise the production of Construction Documents, and coordinate multi-discipline teams to deliver large, complex projects.

You will mentor junior staff, manage schedules and budgets, respond to RFI’s, review shop drawings, and provide field representation as needed, ensuring adherence to Ghafari standards. This role demands extensive experience and proactive problem-solving.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• NCARB certificate required; Registered Architect status preferred.
• 25+ years of related architecture experience.
• LEED and WELL certifications preferred.
• Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam; MS Office & Teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the production of schematic, design development and construction documents.
• Coordinate work across disciplines and manage project teams.
• Mentor junior staff and monitor design quality and standards.
• Assist in budget/schedule management and RFI/shop drawing reviews.
• Provide field representation and enforce QA procedures.
