Job summary

Ghafari Associates, LLC is seeking an experienced Architect to support design development and production of construction documents. You will lead architecture activities, coordinate with engineering and interiors teams, and ensure quality across documents.

The role requires strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, a 5–10 year track record, and the ability to mentor junior staff while managing project scheduling and budgets. Hybrid work options are available in select offices, including major U.S.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years related architecture experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering (Master's preferred).
• NCARB AXP completion preferred; licensing exams in progress preferred.
• LEED and WELL Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead small to moderate scale projects.
• Establish the factual parameters of the design work (code, site, budget, schedule).
• Formulate the project work plan and lead task execution.
• Oversee daily activities of the project team and quality of Construction Documents.
• Mentor staff and promote learning throughout the project.
• Produce schematic design, design development and construction documents.
• Maintain architectural standards and production tools.
