You will mentor Project Accountants, partner with Project Managers on billing, forecasting, and unbilled balances, and resolve complex billing issues using Deltek Vantagepoint and Tableau.

• Strong knowledge of project accounting and invoicing processes.
• Experience with high-volume billing and accounts receivable.
• Proficient use of Deltek Vantagepoint and Tableau for reporting.

• Mentor Project Accountants to ensure accurate project setup in Deltek Vantagepoint.
• Review contracts to align invoicing with terms and client requirements.
• Issue high-volume, high-complexity invoices with accuracy.

• Support AR tracking and collections efforts.
