Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume billing and project accounting environments.
• Ability to work with project managers and finance leaders to ensure accurate invoicing and contract compliance.
• Proficiency with Deltek Vantagepoint and Tableau for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Issue a high volume and high complexity of invoices with project managers.
• Manage unbilled time and expenses to address aging balances.
• Submit invoices to clients and assist with accounts receivable tracking.
