Job summary

Parker Aerospace’s Services & Support Operations is seeking a Program Admin Sr. to analyze complex customer experience and order management processes, drive improvements, and document new procedures.

You will lead the Spares and Customer Experience team to ensure fulfillment of goals and KPIs. In this role you will create and monitor KPIs, coordinate cross-functional project plans, and implement end-to-end automated solutions using Alteryx, SQL, and Power BI, while maintaining strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, BI, CS, or Engineering.
• 6+ years of increasingly responsible program administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze diverse customer experience and order management processes to identify improvements.
• Lead program administration for the Spares and Customer Experience team and monitor KPIs.
• Create process and procedures documents for the customer experience team.
• Coordinate cross-functional development of project plans and interface with internal stakeholders.
• Deliver end-to-end automated solutions: Alteryx transformation and SQL-based dashboards.
