Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation—SSO in Irvine, CA—is seeking a Program Admin Senior to analyze complex customer experience and order management processes, drive improvements, and document new procedures. You will lead the Spares and Customer Experience team to meet performance goals and KPIs.

You will coordinate cross-functional project plans, develop end-to-end automated solutions (Alteryx to Power BI), and contribute to Salesforce enhancements while continuing to expand your knowledge through

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or Engineering related field.
Demonstrated ability with 6+ years of progressively responsible program administration experience.

Responsibilities

Take complex data sets and turn them into actionable insights.
Create processes and procedures documents for the customer experience team.
Lead multifunctional teams in RCCA and improvement initiatives.
Create and monitor KPIs against plans to ensure objectives are met.
Coordinate cross-functional development of project plans and interface with internal stakeholders.
Deliver and maintain end-to-end automated solutions: Alteryx data transforms -> SQL -> Power BI dashboards.
Assist in rollout of Salesforce enhancements across the global team.
Maintain professional/technical knowledge through workshops and publications.
