Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a Supplier Recovery Specialist to drive continuous improvements in supplier performance and quality across the supply base. You will lead recovery on delivery issues, participate in supplier audits, and coordinate cross-functional actions with teams to strengthen supplier partnerships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields, experience in contract administration or procurement, and proficiency with Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in contract administration or procurement; supply chain, supplier quality, procurement or operations experience.
• Experience leading supplier recovery, CAPA, root cause analysis (5‑Why, Fishbone) and performance improvement projects.
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency with Excel and experience with Power BI/Tableau and ERP systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration; ability to lead without direct authority.
• Strong project management; able to drive multiple actions concurrently.
• Clear written and verbal communication; capable of executive-level reporting.
• Ability to travel to supplier sites up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead recovery efforts on key supplier delivery issues and establish governance.
• Coordinate supplier audits with cross-functional teams to assess quality.
• Lead supplier recovery and risk mitigation at sites nationwide.
• Initiate vendor quality management and track performance.
• Deploy Supplier Recovery with assessments, training, and improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve on-time delivery and sub-tier management.
• Complete root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Interface with all levels; report plans and results to executives.
• Develop systemic countermeasures across complex org structures.
