Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a Sr. Contracts Specialist to lead high-value negotiations and manage complex contracting programs.

You will serve as an internal consultant on contract processes, regulatory requirements, and risk evaluation, coordinating with Program Managers and customers to ensure compliant, timely performance. The role requires deep contract expertise, aerospace industry experience, and the ability to guide proposals, amendments, and change control across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience with increasing responsibility.
• Aerospace industry experience required.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-value contract negotiations and oversight across programs.
• Provide guidance on regulatory requirements, risk assessment, and contract changes.
• Manage performance, schedules, pricing, and terms for major customers and long-term agreements.
• Coordinate bid processes, respond to RFPs, and prepare substantial proposals with financial impact.
• Act as focal point to customers and internal stakeholders for assigned contracts.
