Job summary

Parker Aerospace in the United States is seeking a Sales Administration Manager to lead customer service and pricing initiatives across OEM and distribution accounts. You will supervise Sales and Customer Service staff, develop training, and align pricing with Business Units to meet sales and profit objectives.

The role requires providing strategic pricing input, conducting performance tracking, and ensuring excellent customer service metrics while collaborating with IT for system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of division or group experience related to OEMs and/or distribution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SalesForce, SAP, EDI, and division order entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop superior communication systems and provide training to sales correspondents to ensure consistent, impeccable customer service via direct customer contact, phone, SalesForce, IM, and email.
• Interface with Service Centers and Order Entry to facilitate customer service and meet customer expectations. Maintain pricing for OEM & Distribution accounts in conjunction with Business Units and Customer Service teams.
• Implement strategic pricing as directed by the Strategic Pricing Manager or Marketing Manager. Support price negotiations and distributor price sheets.
• Direct supervision of Sales and Customer Service staff and develop annual Personal Performance Plans and training/development plans.
