Job summary

Enterris Associates seeks a Programmer Analyst III, Network and Systems to manage and operate the PMO networks and nine facility sites. You will handle installation, maintenance, and support of network infrastructure, servers, routers, firewalls, and disaster recovery systems, and assist Level 2 & 3 helpdesk tickets.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, collaboration, and detailed knowledge of Windows Server environments, AD/Entra ID, VPNs, and security tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years of applicable systems and network administration experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong collaboration and ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Internet protocols (DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, SFTP).
• Experience with VPN appliances and Cisco Meraki appliances.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage and provide technical networking support for physical and virtual environments.
• Test, install, configure and maintain operating systems and network devices.
• Ensure system uptime and communicate with the corporate team.
• Administer systems and servers to ensure service availability.
• Install and configure network software and perform upgrades as needed.
• Monitor and resolve network and system issues to ensure efficient operation.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for quality and productivity.
• Design network topologies and ensure compliance with standards.
• Respond to outages and propose performance improvements.
• Collaborate with Network Engineers to complete tasks within deadlines.
