Job summary

Internetwork Expert seeks a Programmer/Analyst III to lead network and systems administration for BuildLACCD PMO IT and nine campus sites. You’ll configure and manage physical and virtual environments, test software, ensure uptime, and support disaster recovery.

Strong Windows server, AD, and security experience required; PowerShell scripting and SharePoint skills are a plus. Responsibilities include project delivery, firewall and VPN management, tools like CrowdStrike and Rubrik, and cross-team

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of applicable systems and network administration experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in CS or related field; additional four years may substitute education.
• Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Windows servers, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, HTTP/HTTPS, SFTP.
• Experience with AD, Entra ID, Office 365, SharePoint, VPN, and firewall/security.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage and support physical and virtual network environments.
• Test, install, and maintain OS, applications, and network devices.
• Ensure system uptime and effective cross-team communication.
• Oversee network/server availability and disaster recovery procedures.
• Provide Level 2/3 helpdesk support and project leadership.
