Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of applicable systems and network administration experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field with substitution allowance for additional experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
• Strong collaborative and team skills with ability to present ideas in user-friendly, non-technical language.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Windows Servers, and common Internet protocols (DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S, SFTP).
• Familiarity with Active Directory Services, Entra ID, Office 365, and SharePoint management.
• Experience with VPN Appliances and Cisco Meraki Appliances.
• Knowledge of network security including VPNs, ACLs, IPsec, SSL; familiarity with CrowdStrike, and enterprise antivirus.
• Experience with SharePoint support, PowerShell scripting/automation, and scripting solutions to automate admin tasks.
• Experience with VMware, Hyper‑V, and cloud architectures; knowledge of cybersecurity, Rubrik, Nessus, and Splunk.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer networks and communications hardware/software across sites.
• Support IT disaster recovery systems and provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support.
• Administrate servers, routers, firewalls, LAN/WAN, and PC workstations.
• Develop scripted solutions to automate manual administrative processes.
