Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager, overseeing program execution, account management, financial oversight, and business analysis across assigned brands. You will drive strategic guidance, manage vendor relationships, and lead cross-functional collaboration to maximize program performance and client value.

Responsibilities include funding monitoring, weekly client touchpoints, KPI reviews, invoicing, accruals, and quarterly audit preparation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry, graduate degree and/or additional certifications including PMP preferred
• Three to Four (3-4) years of project or program management experience
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, OneNote)
• Organized and detail-oriented with effective time management skills
• Budget management and/or financial accounting skills
• Ability to travel both locally and out-of-town, expectation is up to 10% travel
• Although very minimal, flexibility to travel as needed is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Account Funding Monitoring - Review funding for your VPC accounts daily to ensure all POs are funded for billing
• Monitor claim workflow — Review the approved claims report and submitted tickets to ensure no claims are stalled or stuck
• Lead weekly scheduled touchpoints with Client Account(s), including proactively developing agenda topics, facilitating discussions, and distributing meeting minutes following each meeting
• Manage client and internal stakeholder meetings to ensure project deliverables, business rule updates, and action items are progressing as planned
• Review core program metrics — Evaluate claims, enrollments, and budget performance each week
• HUB Partnership- Set up meetings with HUB PMs and notate any updates that they have launched
• Escalation Tracking/ Monitoring- Ensure all escalations are tracked and closed out
• ~ Quarterly Audit - Investigate missed KPIs & duplicate claims.
• Year-End Activities – Coordinate BRD renewals and confirmations, oversee required data pulls
• Statement of Work (SOW) Management – Update and finalize the upcoming year's SOW, including submission of all required SNOW tickets
• Communicate defects to be addressed with supporting teams and include Savings Leadership
• Project Sheet Monitoring- Ensure that project sheets are up to date
• Provide mentorship and training to peers where needed
