Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager across assigned brands, ensuring program execution on time, within scope, and on budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop strategic guidance, and monitor KPIs to drive program performance and brand value.

You will manage weekly client touchpoints, track budgets and invoices, and escalate concerns as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or pharma; PMP preferred.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Strong communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client relationship manager and ensure program delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet timelines and budget.
• Monitor funding, claims, and budget performance.
• Maintain weekly meetings and minutes; manage action items.
• Prepare accruals and quarterly program updates.
