Job summary

Valeris in the United States is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager, orchestrating program execution, account management, and financial oversight across assigned brands. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget while ensuring exceptional client service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and manage cross‑functional teams to deliver programs on time and on budget.
• Monitor budgets, enrollments, and KPIs; prepare weekly and quarterly performance updates.
• Coordinate invoicing, contracts, and service tickets; maintain accurate meeting notes.
• Provide mentorship and training to peers and support continuous improvement.
