Job summary

Valeris, a life sciences commercialization partner, is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager and oversee program execution, financials, and business analysis for assigned brands in the United States. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope and on budget, while ensuring exceptional client service.

The role requires deep domain knowledge in therapeutic areas, data-driven guidance, and ability to manage vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with business/healthcare/pharma focus.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Internal applicants: familiarity with Valeris systems preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client relationship manager for program execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and SOW/invoices.
• Lead weekly client meetings and document minutes.
• Prepare quarterly and annual program reporting and insights.
