Job summary

Valeris invites a Program Manager who will own client relationships and drive program execution across brands. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage budgets, and deliver on scope and schedule with strong data-driven insights.

The role requires 3–4 years of PM experience, excellent communication, and ability to manage multiple workstreams. Travel up to 10% may be required as part of engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Budget management or financial accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client relationship manager for assigned brands and ensure on-time, on-scope, on-budget delivery.
• Monitor program funding, track claims, and maintain audit-ready trackers.
• Lead weekly client touchpoints, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
• Oversee monthly invoicing, quarterly program reviews, and annual budget planning.
