Job summary

Publicis Groupe ANZ is seeking a Manager, Programmatic to lead programmatic buying strategies, drive innovation, and optimize client campaigns across accounts. This role collaborates with teams across BI, Search, Media Strategy, Ad Operations, and Creative.

You will report to the Associate Director, Programmatic and require hands-on experience with DSPs and bid-management platforms to deliver results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital media, with a focus on programmatic buying.
• Experience with DSPs, DMPs, and ad-verification tools.
• Experience activating in an ad platform: e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP.

Responsibilities

• Implement and assist with campaign set-up within platforms including campaign creation, uploading assets, tagging and Q/A.
• Create and oversee creative asset detail sheets and trafficking workbooks.
• Train and manage a junior team (managers and associates) on programmatic buying and related deliverables.
• Provide senior-level programmatic expertise to internal and external teams (clients, BI, Media, agency partners).
• Develop and maintain relationships with data, inventory, and platform partners.
• Lead programmatic teams to optimize campaigns and deliver strategic recommendations.
