Job summary

The Trade Desk is a global advertising technology company seeking a seasoned client services professional in Chicago to act as a small business owner for a portfolio of accounts, driving growth and client satisfaction through deep platform knowledge.

You will collaborate with Sales & Trading, develop strong relationships with brands and agencies, and lead onboarding and training programs while shaping platform improvements based on client feedback.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of client-facing experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of growing accounts by building strong client relationships.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; confident speaking to large groups.
• Mentorship experience preferred; able to guide others.

Responsibilities

• Lead a roster of accounts and grow clients’ business as a small business owner.
• Become an expert on The Trade Desk platform and advise clients on marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales & Trading to grow accounts and meet client goals.
• Develop relationships with brand and agency clients as a consultant.
• Own onboarding training plans and drive programmatic education and platform improvements.
• Lead initiatives and move accounts forward with proactive thinking.
• Provide client feedback to Product Management and Partnerships for feature improvements.
• Create customer training collateral and onboard new teammates.
