Job summary

StackAdapt Inc. is seeking a Senior Client Services professional to manage post-sales client relationships and drive ad campaign adoption of the StackAdapt platform. You’ll optimize campaigns, report on KPIs, and identify opportunities for account expansion.

In this remote-first role, candidates in the US are encouraged to apply, with a preference for those located in New York City. Expect frequent cross-functional collaboration and travel up to 20% of the time.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise.
• Experience running Google Ad Words, Facebook Ads or via a DSP as a self-serve user.
• Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across verticals.
• Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
• Provide regular reporting on goals and optimizations to meet KPIs.
• Set up/traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including pixel creation and troubleshooting.
• Identify upsell opportunities and develop tools, procedures and reports to increase efficiency.
• Analyze campaign performance regularly to optimize and uncover new opportunities.
• Provide strategic thought leadership and act as a strategic advisor to clients.
• Participate in in-person and virtual meetings, QBRs and training sessions.
• Travel up to 20% of time.
