StackAdapt is seeking a senior client services professional to manage a portfolio of advertisers with a focus on post-sales adoption and campaign ROI. You will design strategies, provide reporting, and optimize campaigns within the StackAdapt DSP while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes building relationships, retaining accounts, and expanding revenue streams, with travel up to 20% and a remote-first work model prioritizing Colorado candidates.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network).
• Experience running Google Ad Words, Facebook Ads or executed through a DSP as a self-serve user.
• Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence.
• Focus on retaining accounts and growing revenue.
• The ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge.
• Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideas.
• Experience working with complex databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across a wide range of verticals.
• Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
• Ensure client campaigns are successful by providing regular reporting on their goals and optimizing to meet KPIs.
• Set up traffic campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third party tag implementation and pixel troubleshooting.
• Identify upsell opportunities and improve services through tooling, procedures and reports.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend new opportunities.
• Provide strategic leadership as a consultant to clients.
• Participate in in-person and virtual meetings, reviews and trainings.
• Travel up to 20% of time.
