Job summary

StackAdapt is a Remote First company prioritizing candidates located in Colorado for this role. You will support post-sales client relationships, drive user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, manage campaigns, and pursue account expansion opportunities.

You’ll collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to maximize client ROI, applying your RTB/programmatic media buying experience to optimize campaigns and deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Real Time Bidding/programmatic advertising experience.
• Experience running Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, or via a DSP as a self-serve user.
• Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence.
• Focus on retaining accounts and growing revenue.
• Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts about the platform.
• Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideas.
• Experience working with complex databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across a wide range of verticals.
• Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
• Provide regular reporting on campaign goals and strategic optimizations to meet KPIs.
• Set up/traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including tag implementation and pixel troubleshooting.
• Identify upselling opportunities and improve tools, procedures and reports to increase efficiency.
• Analyze campaign performance regularly to optimize opportunities and ROI.
• Offer Strategic Thought Leadership as a advisor to clients.
• Attend in-person and virtual meetings, and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and trainings.
• Travel up to 20% of the time.
