StackAdapt Inc. is seeking a post-sales Client Services specialist to manage a portfolio of advertising accounts and drive adoption of the StackAdapt platform.

You will optimize campaigns, deliver regular reporting, and identify growth opportunities while collaborating with Account Executives and cross-functional teams. This Remote First role prioritizes candidates in New York City and requires up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise
• Experience running Google Ad Words, Facebook Ads or through a DSP as a self-serve user
• Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence
• Focus on retaining accounts and growing revenue
• Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform knowledge
• Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideas

Responsabilités

• Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across a wide range of verticals
• Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform
• Provide regular reporting on campaign goals and strategic optimizations to meet KPIs
• Set up/traffic campaigns on the DSP, including third party tag implementation and pixel troubleshooting
• Identify upsell opportunities and develop tools, procedures and reports to increase efficiency
• Analyze campaign performance to optimize and uncover new opportunities
• Provide strategic thought leadership and act as a trusted advisor to clients
• Participate in in-person and virtual meetings, QBRs and training
• Travel up to 20% of time
