Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Account Manager to partner with advertising agencies, helping them grow their businesses and drive results across DSP display and video on Amazon. You will serve as a strategic, consultative partner to agency leadership, providing onsite presence and access to ADSP/AdTech solutions, insights, and measurement expertise.

Responsibilities

• Become a knowledgeable partner on advertising solutions for agencies and senior leadership.
• Develop media strategies for growth aligned with agency goals.
• Coordinate across internal teams to streamline agency servicing and remove blockers.
• Educate agencies on ad tech offerings, performance metrics, insights, and results on Amazon.
• Create insights from first- and third-party data to guide decisions.
• Co-own agency revenue targets and drive growth with account teams.
• Report on agency account health, revenue pipeline, and bridge plans to leadership.
• Build partnerships with account teams and manage complex agency relationships.
• Define and share best practices for agency engagement across teams.
