Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a seasoned Program Controls professional to lead program planning and cost analytics for the In-Space Systems unit. You will develop robust program plans, manage cost estimates and EACs, and drive performance reporting across IPTs.

Ideal candidate has extensive EVMS experience, handles large data sets, and can mentor others while driving process improvements in a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, engineering, project management or other analytical field.
• 15+ years of program planning and program finance/business analytics experience for government/commercial contracts or internally funded R&D.
• Experience with EVMS and non-earned value environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of program plans integrated with project schedules (Primavera P6).
• Coordinate inputs across organization, establish Work Breakdown Structures and control account data structures.
• Drive cost estimates, EACs, variance analysis, and KPI reporting for program leadership.
• Mentor other cost analysts and improve PMO cost management processes.
