Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a proactive Program Planning & Controls professional to develop and maintain comprehensive program schedules for spaceflight systems. You will partner with program managers and IPTs to analyze resources and drive milestone achievement.

You will lead schedule reviews, monitor health, and perform what-if analyses to optimize performance, while collaborating with cost analysts to align cost and schedule plans across the program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Project Management, or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in program scheduling/planning and controls.
• Experience with integrated master schedules with resource loading using Primavera (P6), Open Plan, MS Project, or other software.
• Strong computer skills (MS Excel, MS Project).
• Strong communication skills in technical work environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program plans for various spaceflight systems.
• Support the resource loading of schedules and analyze resource requirements to achieve milestones.
• Lead reviews to gather status updates and ensure schedule health and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with cost analysts to maintain integrated cost and schedule plans.
